With headphones and an eye mask, you are fully immersed in a personalised experience, free from distractions, as you unlock emotional release and inner strength.

Bring with you: Please bring your own Eye Mask, and Blanket. Don’t worry if you forget, we often keep spares. Yoga mat’s will be provided

Physical readiness: Dress comfortably in clothes that allow for movement and deep breathing.

Things to avoid: Alcohol for a full 24 hours before your session. Eat light meals and fast for 2 hours before. Drink plenty of water before and after your session.

Mental readiness: Approach each session with an open heart and mind, ready to experience deep emotional journeys.

Timeliness: Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in and acclimate to the space. Once the session starts you will not be able to enter.
